For Athletes by Athletes
KICK International® is a 501(c) 3, dedicated to assisting in the administration, regulation, governance and promotion of quality, competition kickboxing tournaments, mixed martial arts and combat sporting events for amateur kickboxing athletes and viewing audiences in the United States. Our operation is grouped into geographic regions and includes an outreach program which is responsible for sponsoring regional and national competitions; national and international championships; clinics and training camps for athletes; and certification programs for instructors, coaches, and other officials.
Competitors can get their start in amateur athletics through the Kick-Start Program, while those who are more accomplished can register in the Open Division, a ground-floor amateur program which is designed to service the needs of athletes who may wish to train more seriously, and who may aspire to compete professionally. KICK International’s goals are to increase the visibility of Amateur kickboxing and mixed martial arts, generally; and increase its role as a sponsor of programs which are designed to cultivate a reservoir of talent to supply and service our national champions, athletes of tomorrow and possibly future gold medalists
